What types of events do you cater for?
We cater a curated range of events, including weddings, private celebrations, birthdays, corporate gatherings, and intimate social occasions.
Do you offer full-service catering only?
We offer flexible service options, including full-service catering, delivery, and pickup, depending on the nature of your event.
Do you travel outside Charlotte?
Yes. We serve Charlotte and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service radius.
Do you offer vegan or vegetarian options?
While we do not operate a separate vegan or vegetarian menu, we offer thoughtfully prepared plant-based options. We also provide bespoke menu development to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions.
What are your serving formats?
All menu items are presented in half or full-size catering pans, designed for efficient service and optimal presentation.
Bookings & Reservations
Do I need to pay a retainer to secure my date?
Yes. A 20% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to your event.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance. For larger or wedding-scale events, earlier reservations are strongly encouraged.
Do you offer tasting sessions?
Yes. Curated tasting experiences are available for select bookings to help you finalize your menu with confidence.
Can I make changes after booking?
Minor adjustments may be accommodated within a specified timeframe prior to your event, subject to availability and pricing revisions where applicable.
What if my guest count changes?
Final guest counts must be confirmed no later than 14 days before your event to ensure seamless preparation and service.
Do you require a contract?
Yes. All bookings are confirmed through a signed agreement outlining event details, services, and terms.
How do I request a quote?
You may request a personalized quote by sharing your event date, guest count, location, and preferred menu selections. Use our booking form to get started.
Depending on your selected package, services may include menu preparation, delivery, setup, service staff, and event coordination support.
Policies & Client Care
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Retainers are non-refundable. However, rescheduling may be accommodated subject to availability and notice period.
Do you offer last-minute bookings?
We may accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability. We encourage direct enquiry for urgent needs.
